If crow's feet are disturbing you, it would be possible
to work on them.
My first advise is to relax the eyes. Relaxing the eyes
will work for the whole body, but especially for the
skin around the eyes. You have to realize that you put
a lot of stress on the eyes, which will make the wrinkles
around the eyes deeper.
Let go and you will notice that the skin will be much
smoother and wrinkles will fade. Things are not going
better if you put a lot of tension on the eyes.
On
the contrary, things are going much better if you
let go. And if you look into the mirror and see for
yourself that your crow's feet next to your eyes are
reducing, it will make you even more relaxed.
For massaging first apply oil
beside your left eye. Reach over your head with your
right arm and place three fingers of your right hand
onthe skin beside the left eye. Rest your left hand
flat on your left cheek, so the fingers of both hands
are pointing at each other. Stroke your right hand
upwards, holding it slightly curved and using the
pads of the fingers. Use three fingers at the same
time and follow the right hand with the left. Do the
massage 20 times, then repeat on the other side.
